can i insert skilltapes into bio clothing with mods?

example +16 warcry/intimidation shirt with 4 sockets...can i insert a +5 pistol speed CA in it?will it work?

yes, so long as the SEA does not contain any of the mods the clothing currently holds itself you should be fine.
