Where is it.
Does it not appear with the hood in the ctrl-d list of schematics.
On bloodfin last night, I tried to make one, but couldnt find a cloak with a hood in any of my schematics.
Was bloodfin bugged last night, or was i blind.

It is listed as cloak and it is the second one. Once u start making it it shows with a hood. I was confused at first too.

because im at work...
so its the cloak you get at casual wear III
same resources and all?
60 fiberplast
and 50 hides?

Yeah, same exact resources and color pallet.
