ok. i know this isnt the trade forums, or server forums, and i know this shouldnt be posted here, but i have posted multiple times on both forums, but to no real avail.
my reason for posting, is does anyone know of a really good stocked be component vendor on lowca where i can pick up some +25 Active bio sensors? i ask, because this looks like my only hope of continuing making BE tailor items, otherwise i have to yet again go buy another alt 
any help would be appreciated

No-one, absolutely no-one, will have +25 BE tissues for sale.
I've been a master BE for a LONG time, and the absolute best I've ever done was a +19. That was using resources that were selling at 50-100 per unit because of the high stats.
Active Biosensors (synth cloth), take 25 insect meat, 25 flora structural, 20 meat and 10 wild meat, a total of 80 resource units per.
You would be much better off buying a bunch of +13's and +12's and using them in something for a double bonus (anything that takes synth cloth in TWO separate slots).

why don't you buy some +13 like everybody else and craft items with 2 different syth cloths slots?
easy and cheap (?) to make +25 items

cos i cant find a vendor that sells them, but i suppose i could ask around and find a friendly BE

You might want to try the BE-forum and see if they have a nice sticky post with a list of BEs per Galaxy. There you might find a few names that you can gmail. I'm sure you can form some kind of business partnership this way.
