I made several ithy clothes and a vendor 
(I was playing dress up...shhh
)and the vendor won't equip the ithy chef's hat (poofy) I don't know if it's a bug for the vendor or the hat or what, but wanted to let you know n'jessi. If you know any ithorians over on TC you might see if they can equip the hat.

I just tried it on the beta server and my ithorian vendors rejects both ithorian chef hats as non-ithorian cloths... so it's a bug... (My Ithorian could equip both herself)
