The new hooded cloaks are really cool but guys, what about the wookies? It seems that yet again the devs show absolutely zero wookie love, i want a hooded robe too man, come on!

- But this guy is naked?!
- Wookies will not wear anything!
(George Lucas, from movie set of A New Hope)
a.) Wookies had Hoods since day one
b.) Wookies are not suppose to wear anything at all according to creator George Lucas, he actually tells this on DVD extras.

I understand that it is frustrating from a player perspective not to have a wide selection of clothing for a wookiee. But in my opinion, from a character perspective, a wookiee should have an immense ammount of pride in his/her furryness.

Wookiee Shoulder Pad. (Not 'Heavy')
The only thing you can't wear a Bandoleer with is a Pack. If you're not wearing a backpack, you can wear any Bandoleer.

Shoulder Pads don't take the same space as Bandoleers. They use up the 'shirt' space on your body. Bandoleers can be worn with shirts.

Yes. If they don't, it's a new problem.
I just crafted myself a new Bandoleer and a new Wookiee Pad. I was able to wear them at the same time. I didn't make a Heavy Shoulder Pad, I guess I should have.
Anyway, start naked. Put on the Bandoleer, then put on the Shoulder Pad. If you get an error, /bug it. It's supposed to work.

1. Heavy shoulder pads can indeed be worn with bandoliers.
2. You did not have a heavy shoulder pad w/ +4 melee/+18 stun because wookiee shoulder pads and bandoliers are, in fact, the only wookiee wearables that will take the proper tissues.
3. The only reason any of the new schematics (that weren't made for the ithorians) are in the game is because the clothing items already existed. The devs had to spend no time at all on concepting (and concept approval) and modelling.
4. I agree that wookiees overdress as it is. We don't have many options but that doesn't mean we have to wear as much as possible. I favor a tree dwellers hood and strapped gloves. Simple but keeps me from being called a naked wookiee, I guess (and I am a tailor, so wearing some of my goods comes naturally). Hate hate hate waist wraps. /shrug (not that it keeps me from selling them).
Could wookiees use some clothing love? Sure. But I'd rather see them focus on clipping and fur texture issues that already exist before we worry about new schematics (well besides maybe a flightsuit
). Tailors got lucky this time around, but only because it was (relatively) easy for the devs. Not like they were trying to snub wooks on purpose.

When I was in combat I wore a Shoulder pad with +4 Melee Defence/+17 Def v Stun & +15 Healing, a +4/+17 Bandoleer and Wookiee Arm Wraps with a couple Skill Attachments.
Now I wear a belt. That's it.
People laugh at me all the time, saying things like, "LOL!!!!11111 Ur Nekked!!!!11"
Nobody gets it.
(I'd kill for Chewbacca's Bandoleer / SideBag though)

Just a Point Of Information: Wookiees have had hoods since Day One. The only other "hooded" look available was the Grand Healer's Robe, which is only available to females.
