First of all, you tailors are the best of all crafters

...

Second of all, I know BE is borked ATM, anyway I want somethings at least wanna know about them...

Is it possible to have terrain negotiation mod on boots, gloves, belt or bando....?

Is it possible to have terrain negotiation and defenses on pants or shirts or vests?

If so pls contact me in game.... but i want to know anyway, so if you answer here, it will be very appreciated...

Sure wish I knew who wrote such an amazing, wonderful, excellent guide.

Boots, gloves, belts, vests = Nope
Bandolier, pants, shirts = yes, but only certain types.

The stickied BE guide will let you know which types can take the Unarmed Damage/Terrain Negotiation mods.

However, in case you've not heard, the crafting of BE clothing is broken at the moment. Until we get a fix it is impossible for us to craft any clothing with BE mods.
