Is it a looted backpack, a new schem ? where can it be found ?

not looted not crafted it is a Chiss poacher backpack
lots of quests for entry and bigger mobs toward end to earn it
go check items/loot and mission/quests forum for better info
OH it's a bio link item too so it isn't going to be for sell everywhere

As previously stated, That is the Chiss Poacher's Backpack. If you wish to begin this quest, head to the great tree in Kachiro on Kashyyyk. Somewhere in the tree is Mada Johnson. Speak with her about her brother Brody. She'll send you to a wookiee, who will send you to another wookiee. This is a fairly long set of quests that involves some higher-end space content.
You'll get a Kashyyykian Bantha pet along the way 
It ends in the Hracca Glade in the Etyyy Hunting grounds. when you go to the glade, bring a group of several CL80 players as this is a pretty tough fight.

That's very cool, the first time I've seen it!I don't have RotW, time to begin begging guildies to go do that quest for me

Patch 19 was supposed to have fixed the problem of bio-linkable items not being droppable, tradeable, or placeable on vendors; that is, you should be able to put bio-link items that have not been bio-linked on vendors, give 'em away in trade, etc.
