I looted a skilltape:

+25 intimidation

+25 rifle accuracy

I want the rifle accuracy to be the one that goes in. Can anyone give me some guidance? I was told just add a +1 intimidation 1st but from my tests with cheaper tapes, this does not work. Then I thought about putting the tape on a shirt that had BE intimidation on it. But wasn't sure if that would work either. Anyway, any help would be great

From other tests, it seems the only way to do it is to drop it in something with +25 intimidation already. I would stick it in your bank now and wait. It is likely that the skill tapes will get some love soon, and there could even be a time when we can PICK the skill to add. No word from anyone in power though, this is just wishful thinking.....

Ok, I know Skill tapes are drop items.....but I made Master Tailor the other day, and I have ppl sending tells to me they want me to make skill tapes. I try to tell them I can not. Is there in the future for us as Tailors to make them so I can have a piece of mind.

There is no intention. I would be exceedingly surprised (and very elated) to hear that they even MIGHT consider this.
