Made Master Tailor, Wed at 11:00 pm PST......Grind, grind. I did it as a Holo, but like the cool stuff I can make. QuestionI have is I just opened a Vendor in my extra house,I display my creations in the hall, stocked vendor with nice item (my Specialty is Military cloths they seem to get the best on sockets
) I also have nice BE clothing and have crates of synth cloth and armor paddings. LOLI have been grinding selling items all night after making it.

What I am charging is for items is 3 cpu of material used in the making of items including componet parts, BE clothing at 1k per plus mod i.e. if I have a +16 bleed resist shirt I am charging 16,000 creds. I also have on my vendor looted items and other nic nacs. Are the ok prices, also how do I get my shop on the vendor wp list under ctrl+v. Under my vendor it has storage space what is this and other things in the vendor box I do no know. These maybe noob question, I was pure combat before this. I would like to stay a Tailor for sometime.

Welcome to the corps, Rebarty. Glad to see people exploring the craft. Some answers:

Prices: 3cpu may be a little low, depending on how you get your resources. You can probably get away with 5cpu on most items, with a flat 300-500 extra charge for each component used. There are some handy links stickied above with pricing ideas. On Wanderhome THE LAST TIME I CHECKED (I've been very casual lately), most of the really popular jackets and upper level pants (dusters, camos) go for between 1k and 3k. Shirts and lower level stuff seems to sell comfortably between 100 and 1k. Feel free to charge signifigantly higher than resource cost for master level items. They're master items, they're harder to make, don't sell yourself short.

Price your BE items based on what you pay for them. These fluctuate greatly based on quality and availability.

Using your vendor: Check out the merchant forums for more detailed info, but in answer to your questions -

1. Try not to mix clothing and non-clothing on the same vendor. Tailors generally need to keep a large number of things in stock, don't limit your space with extra junk.

2. Advertising is a merchant skill. If you have the points, definitely consider maxing out Advertising and Hiring at the very least. Ad IV lets you place an ad on the map, Hiring VI allows you to dress your vendors.

3. The three categories on your vendor are:

"For Sale" - What you are selling

"Offers" - Items that others have offered to your vendor. You can buy or reject from this window.

"Stockroom" - Items that are no longer for sale (sale cancelled or timed out). You can retrieve them here.

Hope that helps.
