bah... it appears that the forums time you out again 
i was enjoying being able to troll at a slow leisurly pace. I just posted something to some thread ... er i should say i tried to... apparently i took to long cuz my poof vanished in the wind. LOL

I heard that it'll be fixed tomorrow 
in the mean time, you can go to My Profile -> Preferences -> Automatic Page Refresh Interval and set that to something besides 0.
