Noble skirts have been bugged, as in "patchy" or whatever you want to call it, forever. Yet I don't seem them in your issues list ... the extremely revealing skirt getsa mention though, and hasn't even been in the game that long.
I mean, I realize those silly show-your-butt skirts are popular, but personally I love the noble skirts cause they're cute yet modest. Not so modest when every time you do certain dance moves your whole leg peeps through though.
Do ya'll just not care about this skirt or what? Honestly, as far as I know, it's been bugged since day 1 - and I know other clothes have been fixed along the way so I can't say as I really understand it.

Holes in the skirt when you move, aka "patchiness". I don't really know how else to refer to it. Basically the same problem the extremely revealing skirt has when you move (minus the fold in the back problemof course).

Yes, the very annoying clipping. Many skirts have it. Sitting, standing, running. Thighs, calves, or buttocks revealed. Or the one where if you are a meditating TK you get that freaky looking tent between your knees. o.O

Lol, why do people wear clothes if the clothes don't cover them? Reminds me of my male ishi tib vendor wearing a flashwrap... He has no undies.

This issue has been on the list since the beginning of time. It's #7 on the top 10 issues, sticked above, in the same list as the extremely revealing skirt.
