Thread: Hooded Cloaks???

Ive seen and I own a Cloak with a Hood on the back of it...


--But Can Tailors make Cloaks with Hoods Covering your head? Ive seen some NPCs running around wearing those, usually Bothans. There is some weird hooded nobles robe that Ive seen players wearing, but I mean like Jedi Hooded Cloaks....
