Has anyone here ever encountered a CSR (after filing a trouble ticket) come to there shop/house.

I have had two, one a few months ago with my Droid problem and the second named, get this Holocron.. both wore the same clothes..the first one was bald and the second had long grey hair.. Both of them had grey soft undershirts on and i believe the same pants.. You think with the power CSR's have, they can wear anything they want, but they still wear the same dull looking clothes.

Strange when I got a /tell from Holocron, all he wanted as a Councilman's Robe...none of my customers want that and no one I have seen around town uses those...so I told him it will be 250credits and that was it..
Funny I treated him very nicely and sold him something cheap and got nothing in return not even a badge!

The only time I've seen a CSR "live" was way back when Alichai's house disappeared. She happened to be at my house when they answered, so this poor guy found himself in a tailor shop, with 2 tailors trying to dress him before he left. He too was in the standard newbie artisan wear, but he explained to us that they don't have permanent chars on any servers, they just create them as needed to go in-game. Anything we gave him would have disappeared with him once he was done for the night.

I am suprised they haven't put in "uniforms" for them, though, like the GM's and Counselors used in UO.

On test center I finaly had to make clothes for some of the devs still prancing around in their newbie clothing. Heck Q3PO still has his newbie otfit on!

they prob do it so you can't send them email. they are erased when they log so if you try to email them it says they dont exist.

CSR that I got was a tiny bothan wearing orange shades and novice marksman gear I believe. csr-jasonr I think his name was.

Well thats what I thought then. Just a stanard character that they use to quicky go in help the player and then come out. Funny only me and my customer could see him but a friend who I told him that a CSR was at my house who quicky ran to see him said he couldn't see him at all..weird.
