I believe it used to be 56.. but no longer (since they reorganized the layout). I been wanting to gain a few more tailoring skills since I free'd up some skill points, but being higher end skill it's a lot of xp.. so I'm gonna use a macro.

There's no fixed schematic number. Numbers depend on what schematics you have, what tool you're using, and whether you're standing near a crafting station. Not to mention they seem to change the order sometimes with patches. You'll have to rediscover the schematic number.
