Just an impression I got, I don't know if you've heard about it.

I was using some injury/wound treatment clothes on my doctor until today, when I switched to clothes without them. She is master doctor.

A friend made some tests, and said that there was no difference at all in heals once you are master. I made tests myself, and I buff much better without the mods than with them. Could be just a coincidence, but before with the same buff packs I was buffing 900 average, without the clothes I got 1500 average.

Just a warning.
