We all have mod'd clothes that still work at 0 and these mods are rare sometimes painstakingly difficult to get. Wouldn't it be interesting if a tailor could 'salvage' clothing - that is strip out the mods for reuse?
Perhaps with a % chance of success that rises as one approachesMaster Tailor.
With 0 condition clothes the mods still exist, so in a lot of sense it doesn't affect a lot, it may slightly dent the alreadyoverpriced loot market (not a bad thing), but it would give Tailors an enormous market and would be a very useful service.

Dunno, if theres a chance of losing the mods then people have to rebuy the CA's. More people buying CA's means higher prices.
Bad for everyone really.

But if 0 condition clothing ever becomes unequippable, people wil have to replace their CAs anyway.

If peeps were able to salvage thier CAs demand for CAs would drop, resulting in a lower price. Good for everyone but the gunbunnies who supply CAs.
