Not being a Tailor, this is just speculation. But yesterday after the patch, I went to my favorite bazaar and notcied that clothing had catagories, just like every other item sold there (finally, add I might add). One of the catagories was "Capes." Does this mean the developers will be adding in capes shortly?

Yeah, they also added an "eyewear" section which implies that we will be able to craft eyewear as well. I want a nice pair of spectacles, perhaps even Bi-focals for my nearsighted wookiee

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone can makes capes. Maybe I'm just lazy and didn't scroll enough on this forum, but... Anyway, there isn't a single cape on the bazaar in my galaxy. This mean they are only in private stores? Or are they just extremely difficult to create? Feedback is appreciated.

It's not possible to make a cape now, but that is annoying that they made that a category in the bazaar. Hopefully they'll add one. After all, Lando wore one!

I just had an idea. You know how "eyewear" is a bazaar category, even though the only eyewear in game are the non-tradeable special edition goggles? Well maybe there is some kind of cape, but you can only get it from a theme park or some other mission. I've never seen one, but it's something to think about!

Earrings are also a category...yet none are to be made by Tailors..and I haven't found any. What I'm hoping is that these empty categories means that the devs are going to add more clothing. Maybe even a Elite Elite Tailoring profession. But what's with none of the wookiee clothing being categorized as "wookiee garb" as it is listed on the bazaar/vendors?

I really hope they add capes someday. I personally would really like to have a Lando Calrission-style cape added to my reportoire

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but this is the first time I come in the tailor forum. Have the developers said when you guys will be able to make capes?

As far as we know.... never. The developers have no intention of doing capes. But then they have no intention of doing anything until they tell us they are working on it. It's just that they are so tight-lipped about stuff that we will never hear about things until they hit test center.

Hmmm curious. If that's the case then why do they have a category on the Bazaar about capes?

Because they're evil and tease us. Same reason they have an "eyewear" category yet the only eyewear is the SE goggles that aren't allowed to be traded or sold.
