Thread: How Many Days Left Until You /Respec Out of Tailor?

My Timer has started today.
I will give SOE devs 10 more days to fix this issue with BE Clothing not attaching stats properly. Then i switch my alt to something new (Most likely a non-crafting profession).
Kinda sad too...not many tailors left on my server to begin with. Soon everyone with be running around in clothes that were lootedbecause there wont be any tailors left to make anything new.
Seems like a simple fix to everyone playing...so fix it please!

as long as the game runs, two yrs as Master Tailor don't need BE clothes to make credits, people still want fashion, so respec has never even crossed my mind.

me neither... besides, you'll be surpirsed how many people will actually pay a 50k entrance fee, even if the shop sign says closed
I've never had an issue with keeping my shop running (and actually make money) on hand crafted regular clothing, all the BE stuff is just icing on the cake.

im new to the proffession but ive always been so personally obsessed with clothing that i acually respeced into it and to tell you the truth im having some of the most fun ive had in this game with this proffession. im sure the little bugs will frustrate me but as of now this proffession ROXORS MY BOXORS!

Folks! this cheery attitude is doing wonders for our cause lol. But it is good to see that there will be some tailors around to serve the masses if this thing with BE clothes doesnt get fixed.
Hopefully I am not in the minority when saying "the BE bug is a major issue for our profession"

My tailor is for me, guildies and friends and a few sales if people ask. BE clothes would be nice but since you cant add tissues to decent looking clothing it doesnt make much odds for me.
Who wants to join the new herd of combat BE uniforms that everyone wears? Its getting as bad as comp clones used to be.

Well I've considered it, but I've been a tailor for a long time, if I do respec, I'd keep tailor but close my shop and drop master merchant and master artisan for something different. The new entertainer thing on test is pretty cool, and has mereminiscing about the old entertainer days
If the entertainerupgrade comes before the tailor fix, it'll be really tempting...lol

I will quit SWG before I drop tailor.
Besides, I used my token respec to swap AS for SW. Having 2 professions crippled by the same 2 bugs got far too annoying and shipwright gives me an excuse to spend the weekend mining asteroids (I find it strangly relaxing).

I love tailor too much to drop it! That doesn't mean I haven't thought about it though - my earnings are hundreds of times less than they were when bio-engineered clothing was craftable and worked: I need money damnit!

I must be one of the mad ones, i'm moving over from MCH to Tailor. I'll start the artisan/tailor grind in a few days time, a week at the most. I'm hoping that by the time i'm a master they will have fixed the problems..
