what is the minimum of BE i need to make descent BE cloth for my tailor i dont wnana master BE whats the least i can do in it , and still get 16/16 stuff

The BE forums would be a better place to ask. You though would need 0 4 0 4 BE at the minimum, then get you some medicine experiment tapes to help. I do think 1 or 2 of the tissues though are in the Master BE box, but I could be wrong on that, I'd go ask in the BE forum .

However at this time Tailor's are afflicted with a bug. No matter what tissues you currently use, your components will not keep the mods, and clothing made with pre pub 18 components will not have the mods either ( BE clothing made prior to pub 18 does have its mods, however there is some doubt over how much of them are actually working. ) The Devs have acknowledged this problem and are 'working on it'

If by "16/16 stuff" you are speaking of tensile resistance (i.e. +16ranged defense +16 melee defense) then you'll need not only the masters box of BE, but *also* some of the best spawns of milk, meat etc to ever spawn on your server. It won't actually matter whether of not you have skill tapes, because the schematic for that stuff is in the masters box.

You need the Master Box for:

Fear Release : Terrain Nego + Unarmed Damage Tissues

Tensile Resistance : Melee / Ranged Defense Tissues

If you dont need that (doubt it) 0404 would be enough
