Tissues seem to have a cap of +25 per skill. So +25 treatment with a +18 bleed shirt will go through juts fine, meanwhile a +100 treatment outfit will only add +25. The extra points (anything over +25)will show up on the persons stats but anything over that number will not actually effect their skill. Sherkaner tested this out by healing using a +100 treatment suit and a +25 treatment suit (or something close to this I don't remember the exact details). The results were pretty much the same.

Thank you, I will no longer get ripped off buying +10 tissue and just get +5 and do same stuff.

Doh I am sorry I think I misread your post.

Stacking within a garment will max out at +25. So with two tissues like +13 treatment and +14 treatment will = +25 when the garment is assembled. So anything over the +25 sum is just shaved off in the final crafting stages.

That is a very odd conclusion to come to though. How does a +5 tissue "do the same stuff" as a +10 tissue? You lost me there. If you do all your outfits with +5 tissues, you will have great difficulty reaching +25 in medical cumulative, and will not reach anything above +5 for any of the other "rfp" tissues. So I fail to see how a +10 tissue is a "rip off".

Also, in my experience, even when you tell customers that there may be a +25 cumulative, practical cap on medical bonuses, they pretty much unanimously thumb their noses at suchan assertion and have you pile on the bonuses anyway, saying that it gives them more options or that they want to experiment it, or some such reason.
