I dont know if it can be tailor made, but if you do the rebel theme park quests on corellia, i think it's wedge who gives you one of those hats from the third star wars movie, you know the ones they wear on the speed bikes on Endor? They sort of look like baseball caps with a thick metal rim around the outside, and it covers the ears and the back of the neck. I havent seen any schematic for this particular hat, though it is easy to get if you're a rebel.

If your leaving Wato's Junk Shop just keep the wall to your right and you should get to a small almost closed off section with a few houses. The guy should be standing in front of one of them (to the right if I recall correctly).

Previously his first two missions were broken, the third gave you a droid brain and the fourth was the helmet. A customer yesterday however was looking for a forrest outfit and I recomended that mission to them to complete the outfit and they reported getting one for the first and fourth missions (along with some other item for the second one).

Anyhow the point is to check that guy out if your a non-rebel and you want the helmet (or perhaps lost your rebel one to decay).

What templates exist for headware (non-Twil and non-Wook). I just want a nice hat. So far all I have seen are sun-discs, swoop helms, warm hats, and decorative head-dresses. any simple hat out there. Anything p-esque? safari-esque? etc... I am so incredibly tired of swoop-helms and sun-discs. Is there anything?

It was my understanding that the helmet you get from Kitster was supposed to be the one Anakin wore in the podrace? I don't have it though so I could be mistaken. The one Wedge gives you is definitely the one Leia wore in Ep 6.
