Thread: Skill XP cap.

Does anyone know where I can find a chart that tells you how high the cap is for each level of a profession. I am grinding tailor, and, Since I cant to get the maximum grinding time before I train, I want to know how much XP you get at Novice, 1 box, 2 boxes...etc.

If you have the maximum in one tree (ie: Casual IV) you can craft to a maximum of 120,000 Tailor XP. I don't know the max when you don't have a full tree, although 63,000 is stuck in my head for when you have level 2 skills.

the cap is just dubble your current highest xp requirement. i can't give you teh numbers as i'm not a tailor but it's just 2x current highest for all other profs.
so if you have a box 4 that required 100k of xp you can go to 200k before it you get no more xp even if you have already lernt that box4 the cap is still 200k.

It's not double the next box. I learned that the hard way. When you go up your first line, please train as soon as you get every new box. Then you have a lot more leeway, although I'm not clear about the 120k cap at tier 4.

Tailor is not double like the other professions. Trust me. I wasted quite a bit of material when i wasn't paying attention.

its not double it is like 1.5 of what you need or something like that...i spaced out...but if you pay attention to your xp you should be fine...unless you are using a 3rd party program(bad you if you are)then it shouldn't matter and should be easy to check xp lvl

Once you get any tier 4 box, your cap will be 120k xp. But for the lower boxes I don't know. If you are grinding up to Fieldwear 4, once you get that, you will be able to get 120k before you have to find a trainer and start using that xp up.
