it sounds like they have added a new component.....
my feeling is that it is used i during crafting of sythetic cloth or RF panels....and that it adds to the durability of a garmet
If it has serial #s a series of 4 or moreis much more desirable as that would allow tailors tocreate IDENTICAL clothes to uses for some better clothes.
it would also not be the first time the devs have added a new loot item without adding the schematics that use it...it may not even bee usable at this point
Personally, i am getting really tired of HIGH LEVEL combat loot being needed by crafters...
Now we are going to have T-shirts that cost 100K!!!!

theseARE the crytsaline treatments not some new nebulizer....
they are only useful in making 1 garmet...for FEMALE DANCERS ONLY...and thats only if you have the schematic...
