What can I expirament on and are Clothing Expirament tape worth anything?

The only experimentable item is the Armor Padding, a component used in crafting Kashyyykian Ceremonial Armor. As far as I know of, the experimentation tapes are still next-to-worthless.

And even having the extra 2 experimentation points (+20 in experimentation tapes) for the Armor Padding really doesn't make a huge difference with the Ceremonial Armor...hopefully with the two new Wookiee Armors coming in the near future, Armor Padding will be used again and maybe help out a little more in the final product.

I would count on that being the fact, the 2 point sare worth something to the product. The new wookiee armors are still supposed to use padding and the extra two points can help with the effectiveness of those pieces.

I for one am working on AS to be able to craft wookiee armor myself since I have such a hard time finding it on the Scylla server. I had to give up my tailor for a bit, so I will need to find some good armor padding when this new armor hits. And I will want to find someone who can make the best padding.

They're certainly worth a reasonable amount to the tailor who wants to be prepared or wants to make the armour padding. It's certainly not worth (to me) the 3M starting point a guy was for for a +11 tape.

Granted, no, but assuming they ever do implement large scale experimentation, this tape is easily worth more than that, and I think that is what he is betting on.
