Thread: Let us take the Skill tapes off the cloths!!!

This will help the tailors too!!! Lets say we buy a Skill tape or loot it , this way whenmy clothsDecay I'll take out the skill tapes and be more than happy to add it to my new cloth!!! Instead of wearing my 0/1000 cloths.
Just let me know what you guys think of this?

Been suggested before along with Merging tapes andsplitting tapes. Overall it sounds like a good idea though it should have a "cost" to it IMO, chance of reducing the value on the tape, that should be almost a certainty for removing them from items. Maybe you should require a kit to do anything to them, better the quality better chance of sucess or a great outcome.
Basically tapes are so expensive you want to be able to salvage them so there are more around but having them around forever isn't good for the economy. Things like this should mean more tapes around and therefore help reduce the price. Plus allow you to compete easier with the guy who has went and bough +25 tapes to all his major combat/crafting skills.

This has been brought up before, and it's not just a tailor issue, but also an armor issue. Therefore it belongs in Core Systems.
