Stealth fix today - brought to my attention by another corre on TC. OMG OMG FINALLY!!! FIXED NECKLACES!!! PREPARE TO SELL!!!

Wow, that is good news!
Certainly a major cause for celebration that the bug's finially been found (or accidentally fixed, don't mind which).

BTW does this apply to examines as well or just crafting?

Both examines and crafting, and the little icon in inventory.
I'm sure patch 11 notes will contain details about this fix, leaving us scratching our heads saying "wha??"

NJ, what was that thing in the picture? It looks like something I should recognize, but I just can't quite put my finger on it... Hmmm, I guess once that gets to live, I'm gonna have to turn my monitor off everytime I craft one of those. You know, just so I can have that same feeling of surprise when it's all done. Seriously though, this is great news that was long overdue, and we ought to chip in and buy the dev who fixed it a nice dinner and maybe a little gift of say, I dunno, a necklace?

I'm assuming it will hit live when wook armor does. My guess is another week, based on the last batch of wook armor.

Woo hooo! Okay. Another question from a fellow Intrepidian:
"does this mean that once it goes live that I can now where my black sun medallion and sith medallion and they'll show properly?"

Dark Jedi, not Sith. And that was the second thing I tested once I heard about the necklace fix (from the same corre that alerted n'Jessi.) The answer is: no. Black Sun and Dark Jedi Medallions are still at the wrong z-index (read: height) and do not display when equipped. I've /bug'd it.
