Thread: Experience Levels for Tailor too low???
I thik SOE backed themselves into a corner and they have no clue how to get out. You can give a monkey 100k and a macro and they'll be a master tailor in a couple of days. After which they generally say "tailor... what a joke comepared to...". But for those poor souls actually trying to progress though the profession, learning as they go, and *gasp* making clothing, it's a long hard haul. Took me 2 months and that included several hours of grind time per week, but I've never really complained that it was too long or too short.
So what the heck is the solution? I think the crafting quests were a really really poorly thought out attempt to address this issue, in the guise of being something completely different then they were (lol, oh man, it's hard not to laugh at how stupid those are) but they failed miserably there. I dunno, maybe the solution really is to just remove the whole class progression thing. Announce your intention to master a class, give up the skill points, wait a week, and then you're granted the master tag. Dunno, seems wrong, and I've always had fun looking forward to each new skill box and the excitement of getting it, but as it is now it's a system that rewards the macro-bots and punishes the players.

Am I the only one who feels the exp level for tailor is too low?

regarding the number of items for each level, i'd be tempted to say that tailor looks ok too, gonna do it soon, not for jedi tho, cause I have SP and I want to try.
