I read that you cant put two skill tapes in one peice of clothing with the same stat modifier I was wondering if this is old info and has been fixed or if this was the way it was meant to be, or if it's just another bug unfixed? Thought opinions ect, all appreciated. Thanks

As far as i know, it isn't a bug. It's intended that they don't stack.
