IF YOU COULD GET 30K OF ANY RESOURCE YOU WANT, WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST TO GET TO USE TO REACH MASTER TAILOR.

If you are talking about the veteran reward, i would suggest that you sell it for 3mill credits. Because tailors dont need high quality on their resources. So sell it, and if you can get a certain resource needed for tailoring, buy that resource for 1.5 CPU. But i would say that fiberplast and inert petrochemical are the most important resources for tailors.

Aye I really must agree, I wouldn't use the 30k deed on Tailoring resources, not even for wookiee armor padding.
Save it or sell it...I actually think the 3mil you would most likely get would go futher to help then 30k of FP, or Hides.

I would get a 30k stack of hides, it would last forever and save time having to hunt for them.

Or you can sell the resource deed for 3mill and buy30k units of grinding quality hide for 90k.

I have tons of fiberplast and polymer. the thing I would like the most of is a 30k stack of wooly hides. So hard to find. I even took to over paying noobs to bring it to me to help them out.

a 30k stack of hides is nice so you don't have 20 little stacks of hides... of just 2 to 7k each, saves on storage

it's a bit off topic, but if you're in a guild, find someone who is grinding xp. send them to Endor to hunt Gurrecks and Mantrigues (assuming they've got scout). At a master scout level, you can get 10k or more wooly hide from endor in a single buff.
And if he/she's already grinding xp to gain new skill boxes, i'm sure they wouldn't mind doing this on endor, as there's lots of xp to be had. maybe offer to pay for the buff, and throw a few extra credits in as well, and i'm sure they'd be happy to do it.
But either way, from my Rangering experiences, Endor has the most abundant wooly hide, as the higher end Gurrecks drop quite a lot.

And not being in a guild shouldn't stop you from contracting out for a scout.
I myself have a standing order of 100k of wooly from one on my server. (he just finished the up to 300k basic leathery one)
It may take a couple of weeks to find someone who will fill bulk hide ,
but if they are willing to do 'junk' stat hide at a fair price (I pay 5cpu if it in 50k stacks or higher)
then you will have a stable supply of hide and they a income when needed.
I do not harvest or survey, but i fully support the people who wish to do so,
creating a working relationship with folks for what you need not only can get your resources supplied,
but can create some new freinds and even customers.

ive an Armoursmith alt, so i used all 4 accnts 30k resources on decent wooly hides for her armour.
hides are cheap and easy to get hold of on farstar i find. I usually just buy them inbatches of 5k or so. enough for a few days anyway
