Okay ... Im dont know about any of you, but im getting sick and tired of orders such as this.
Hey, Im needing to get some be enhanced clothes. Please let me know when this is done.
Formal Shirt - Imperial Grey - MD/DvS and Medic
Comfortable Slacks - Imperial Grey - MD/DvS and Medic
Leather Gloves and Uniform Boots - Black
Now ... we all know that adding those mods to those items is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Here is my idea for a solution. Rather than having to weave the BE tissues into the subcomponents of the cloth (RFPs and SCs), why not allow every clothing item (other than accessories) have 4 slots where tissues can be placed into the item during the crafting of the ITEM rather than the subcomponent.
Honestly, this would solve so many of my BE order issues. I could put 4 different types of mods into one outfit or double up on 2 different types of mods for the max mod of that type, or hey, even quadruple the tissue for a total of +16 MD rather than the current +4 cap as there are no items that have 2 slots for RFPs. And not only that, but the items available for BE modification would be limitless. I must say, as a TKM I would love to have some MD/DvS with WC/Int. As it is, I can put them into a combination of shirt/pants/jacket/bandis/bodysuits. No skirts (which even most tk males like to wear) and here are the items i have to choose from ...
Now, you tell me, which of these items is going to look good on my kick @$$, sexxy twi'lekian female TKM? NONE OF THEM!!!
Please tell me you all would be on board with this. Maybe get this circulating around the dev's heads while they are dabbling in the non-combat issues.

its has been suggested and circulated and posted and we are still waiting for better more viable BE use.
I think somewhere in our stickies is infact the proposal for it.

it is not a new idea we just have higher wants atm that were voted on and submitted(like color, insignias, and patterns atm)

Okay, I just read that ENTIRE thread. N'Jessie is great, love her on merch too ... but she did not address the issue of removing the BE from subcomponents and using the tissues in the actual crafting of the item. Doing this would remove the RFP/SC limitization of mods.Yes, RFP is def too limited as she stated and there is no love for several profs when it comes to modifiers. But I think that my idea incorporated into her's would fix the RFP limit problem completely.

im going to assume that either the tailor boards are not that busy or that you all just simply dont understand what im trying to explain. as a tailor, i think this is a novel idea. lol

- my sister, who follows the ancient ways of the Teras Käsi, does look good in the bio-engineered clothes I make for her
