Not sure where else to post this, and if its WFN please say so heh.

But anyways, what clothing slot does a tusken robe take?

I forget but is it possible to wear a shirt under it?

Itactually falls under armor chest slot, so it is possible to wear a shirt under it.

I cannot say further what bracers or gloves can be worn with it as I am a female and cannot by any means equip Tuskin Gear.

The Tusken Robe works as any other robe afaik, so you can wear a shirt and pants or a skirt under it, additional at least footwear, gloves and something on the head.
