I am assuming that a Constrictor Cloth, Confidence Cloth drop into the slot on either an RFP or a Syn Cloth. But they don't want to go there. I cannot make a garment using them only. Obviously I am missing the boat somewhere. Everybody seems to know how to do this but me. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

When you craft the synthetic cloth and RFP schematics, there's a slot for an optional organic component. That's where you drop the bio-engineered tissues. Constrictor cloth and confidence cloth go into RFPs only; you can't incorporate them into synthetic cloth. Hope that helps.

Just to add... In general, enhancements that help in the wilderness or in battle go into RFPs. Enhancements that help in the cantina or the medical bay go into synthetic cloth (OK, I know you can heal in the wilderness, but you get the point). Anyway, so far this has turned out to be true, but I haven't tried to use every kind yet.
