I just got the weaponsmith bandolier that had +3 weapon Experimentation I added a +5 to one of the sockets now it only says it has +5 but 1 of the 4 sockets are gone! Where did the original +3 go?

Is it a bug I don't want to add anymore Skill tapes to the item untill I know!
