Isn't 'cape' actually a tab in the clothing section of a vedor or bazzar? Just like earrings? Seems that if you have the tab then they should have the capes... I wonder what the visual difference is between them and cloaks. (Assuming- no arms, also probably shorter and connects around the shouders, cut cloaks do similar things... I dunno why ours have sleeves.)
