This is meant to be a petition to make skirts with leia-slave-style craftable, as client mods that implement these for the noble skirt are 1. kinda buggy and 2. i think against the rules of SOE ^^

SO, SOE BUDDIES, MAKE THESE CRAFTABLE, THEY REALLY LOOK HOT !!!
