Is anyone else not getting the email notice that their factories normally send when a production run is complete?

I'm getting the ones that I'm supposed to get. I have 6 factories that I use, but I only own 2 of them. The rest I have admin privelleges for and have the other people forward me the email whenever tehy get it. This might be the case for yours. You might not be the actual owner of the structure.

My main owns my factories and neither of us has gotten an email when they stop. Last night I had one factory stop producing for no apparent reason. It had all the ingredients, power, money, and room in the output hopper. After talking to other crafter friends, we came to the conclusion that they have gotten really buggy recently.

You own your own factories, right? The lots aren't being held by someone else? Cuz notifications go to the Lot Holder.
But, yeah, I've occasionally noticed that factories will fail to send emails. And mine have been 'hiccuping' lately - pumping out half crates for no known reasons.

Ahhhhhhh I'm curious now. I started a run of synth cloth the other day and logged on last night to check it out and saw no e-mail, so I logged off. I expected it to be done, but since I saw no e-mail I assumed I had just logged on too early. I'll have to check again today....maybe I'll go home for lunch

Mine haven't sent any emails for a couple of patches now. :/
They do still send system messages, so if I forget to drop something off in the input hopper my time isn't totally wasted.

I own the lots and the factories. I recently put my new toon on the admin list but that character isn't getting the emails either. This has never happened to me and it started shortyl after P10 came out.

I get the system message if I am online, but no I am not recieving e-mails about it. In fact, I can't recall the last time I DID get an e-mail from my wearables factory. I had gotten them on my Equipment Factory a while ago..but not run anything in it since patch 10 really.
BTW -- for those who may not know. If you examine your factory (while it's running) it will tell you the crafting time per item in seconds and how many items have been completed. Also another neato trick that I didn't learn until recently.. is that you CAN access your output hopper while it's running. If you right click on your factory, the radial menu opens up and if you click on options (the options window itself, not anything under it) it will open your output hopper without having to stop your factory Sorry to those who already knew this.. but like I was so glad when I found out. I'd get mad everytime I had to stop it =P

I am getting the emails about the factories stopping, but most of the time it says "manufacturing error" blah, blah, blah...Every time I've loaded something into the factories post P10, this has happened more than once on each run. Its annoying as heck.

I thought I might be having this problem, but I'm not. The e-mail was there waiting for me when I logged on last night. It just took longer to run 1000 synth cloth than I expected it to.
As for that out put hopper tip, WOW!!! That's great, I never knew that, I need to try that out tonight. Maybe I'll take another extended lunch break.
