Under Casual 3, there's a pattern called High Quality Boots. It requires factory components, plus Tatooinian wooley hide - in order to produce boots that, to my eye, look markedly inferior to the Standard Boots available at Casual 1.
Is there any point to having this pattern? Is there any way in which High Quality Boots are better than Standard Boots?

Well, standard boots have a cuff, and a "suede" look to them, while high quality boots are more of a shiny "patent leather" look. And the name is cooler. And they sell well...
Guess it's all in the eye of the beholder
