Is it intended that people cannot wear GHRs with backpacks or is it a bug? Or perhaps just mine is... Thanks

I'm not sure if anyone knows if it's intended or not but there are a few other things with the same problem.

Yap, I've also found that the luxurious gown and grand ball gown can't be worn with a backpack either. The descriptions really should be changed if the no-backpack restriction is intended.
