I have a few "rolls of tape" looking skill enhancers. I have several articles of clothing with available sockets.

I cannot put theattatchments into any of these articles of clothing.

I have tried drag-and-drop, USE, double-clicking. Logging in and outalso yields no results. Any suggestions?
