My friend reported seeing a player decked-out in a full tuxedo-style suit... can anyone confirm that there's such a black-and-white affair available, or was it just a hallucination?

I would say the closest thing available would be a Suit Shirt with either comfortable slacks or dress slacks. The suit shirt is very much a tux shirt, although with that Quasi-futuristic Sci-fi flair =p There's not really a jacket other than the long formal or the suit jacket, but both of these are closed in the front and don't let you show off your ruffly new shirt, hehe.

I have what passes for a tux, but dangit I keep forgettig to take screenshots!

I'm at 4-2-1-3 so some of these may have better options later, but here's what I use:

Black pilot jacket
Black striped slacks
Black plated necklace
White sidebutton shirt
Black dress shoes

I even got a "Hello Mr. Bond" from wearing that around. ^_^
