I saw a female mon cal npc wearing a grand healers robe, and yet no female species except human and twi'lek can wear them in the game.

Humans, Twi'leks, Zabraks and Mon Cals can indeed wear the grand healers robes. But they must be female and not have a backpack equipped. I haven't found a female rodian or trandoshan to try them on and I know that wookiees (Obviously) and bothans cannot equip them.

I made one for a mon cal the other day. It was actually very very cute on. Extremely bright red with white trim on a orange-ish pink mon cal... Very sassy.

My character is a bothan female and in the pictures of all the races, i saw a bothan female with that robe on. I was looking forward to wearing it in game .. so imagine my heart break when I found out I couldn't wear it.

Okay so its still just Bothans and Rodians missing out? We don't have many female trando's on test that can try this one, so if someone can report back to me about it.. I'd like a complete list of this Thanks

Human = Can Wear

Mon Calimari = Can wear

Twi'lek = Can Wear

Bothan = Should wear, but can't

Rodian = Should wear, but can't

Wookiee = Can't Wear (obviously)

Trandoshan = ??

During beta early beta the grand healers robe was the newbie starting outfit for entertainers, so females of all races that wear clothing should be able to wear it (funny that twi'leks can wear it now and others can't, becausetwi'leks started in the doctor's dress instead)

Trans cannot wear it! Had a female come in looking for one.. but she looks great in the cloaked dress.

So females of all species had the option to wear this in beta? So it must be possible for these races to wear it...

Yes and wookiees could wear clothes as well. =) Anything is possible.

Are we just going to accept the fact that males can't wear it? I don't see the rationale for that at all. If we're going to push this complaint, why not address that, too?

Give me something nice to wear when it rains, dang it!

Yep, but not in the icky awful colors it came in (it was this horrible shade of teal) The doctor's dress wasn't too bad, it was purple and green if I remember correctly

Still... I was amazed to find out that quite a few of the newbie cloths are infact high tier tailor items. As a tailor about 1/2 way through the profession I get asked quite often to make camo pants.. people are always suprised to hear it's a Tier 4 item. IMHO.. the newbie cloths should all be taken form the DA tree in Artisan.

i saw the most puzzling thing on testcenter yesterday. my boyfriend and i recently started playing there more often, and he made a novice scout. then i noticed that the vest that he has on can't be made. it's a cute vest too... i'm contemplatingbuying them from newbies, hehe

Pappi, I noticed this vest as well, had lots of nice pockets in it.

Now if we could make vests like that (crested vest anyone?) then we'd sell alot more vests.
