Oh and it requires 1 Crystalline Clothing Treatment, which I got of a very low level Jawa on Tatooine.

Too bad they chose an article of clothing only one of the sexes could wear.

Yes it went in, in this publish. You get the schematic of the twi'lek dude at Jabba's place. That's why you can't see it in your schematics list

and yeah it's a bit stupid it's female wear only
