Ok, I just spent..oo..an hour and half making clothes over and over, with shades of colors for a customer. Being master, we have huge color palattes. This was a pain, even though I got paid well for it. But still, I think something like what image designers have would be cool, where one could see the item made, color wise, and then pay for it.

Example. Mike comes in, and sees N'Jessi in a Wearbles Salon. (Yes, I guess we would have to share with armorsmiths, so they get color choices to choose from also). Mike wants a dress uniform jacket (uses four color palattes). She crafts one in the salon, using a special clothing/armor craft station (colored differently), and targets customer (so it goes in their pack after completion and purchase transaction), so they can see the create prototype screen, and they can see the color change. Mike pays for it what N'Jessi charges, and item is crafted and sent to pack.

For custom orders, this would facilitate things wouldnt you say? Also, these salons would be player craftable as well, so they can make use of whatever city benefits would be given to them. And can be used to make people schematics.

Given that they can do this pretty much for a ID, then they should be able to do this for us (and armorsmiths) to be able to choose colors for specific colors choices.

Personally i'd just be happy with a UI that allowed that function. Don't think we need a whole salon for it. I like to have my own shop for customers to visit not some informal place that we all have to sit in.

Definitely no salon please! I need my whole shop to function well. Plus I like having control over my setting.

An -optional- UI to preview colors would be nice. But it's way, way down on my list of desired features. The way I work now, the "mistakes" just go onmy vendor and they normally sell anyhow.

Just having the UI interface without the salon would be better.

i dont know, the mistakes i make i usually just put on the bazaar, or soon to be my vendor once i get the skill to have one, and mostly get orders by email or tell when i am no where near the person, so i can make their clothes while they do a mission or something, and if i were with a person i wouldnt want to travel to another location so that they could see the color...i cant see me using it if it did come out and it would really just be more of a hasel to me...plus id rather see more, and most likely easier changes first, such as added schems or what not...

Well I wasn't so happy about the ID changes because they spent time and resources making something that wasn't what they wanted... where are the new tatoos/hairstyles?

So basically, even if I would love a tool letting people do it in their shop, I'd much rather have more schematics or colors.
