A permanent schematic we can aquire via a fun, engaging, completeable as a tailor quest.

I dont know about you other tailors, but ive been waiting since launch for that skirt to be craftable, lootable, anything. I would be open to anyway possible to get it.
1. A loot drop already made.
2.A looted schem off certain mobs.
3. A quested schem.
4. A limited time schem.

When I bug the devs about it, I specifically ask for a permanent schematic. I've already told them that you all will cut off my head and eat my brains if we get one more limited use schematic with looted components. Though in theory they are a fun idea, in reality the combat type gets all the loot, and then sees the tailor as the obstacle/slave between him and his rightful prize.
