Thread: Max number of mods per outfit?

I seem to remember seeing in a patch message that there is a 6 mods cap per ouftit. Has it been confirmed/denied yet? Has anyone tried it? thanks for the input.

it wouldn't be too much of a blow if it is true, by the time you stack enough tapes and bio mods together over several pieces of clothing for them to actualy have an impact i cant see you'd need much more than 6, well unless you have quite a few +10 tapes or higher, in which case you have too many and should give them to me

Yes. 6 mods max per item. So if you have a Wookie sage hood with +25 Wound Treatment, +25 Injury Treatment, +25 Dance Healing, +25 Musician Healing, and decided to drop in a +5 dodge tape and a +5 Rifle Accuracy Tape, then you are done. That item can only accept better dodge/rifle accuracy skill tapes.


Both tapes and BE mods add to the limit on an item, so if you have a great Wookie BE hood like I described, with only 2 sockets, then it's pretty much the same as if it had 4 or a billion sockets. 2 sockets is all you will be using.

I thought it was per outfit, not per item... Does anyone know? lol
