Thread: How many tailors are active in the GCW?
Master Tailor, natch
Artisan 0-4-4-0
Merchant 3-0-0-1
Medic 3-0-0-0
Scout 4-2-2-0
Marksman 0-4-0-3
Pistoleer 0-0-2-1
Still a work in progress - as I get more pistol XP, I intend to lose some Trapping and Hunting and maybe Medic 3 to add more Pistoleer boxes.

I've got an alt, screw being a half crafter half combat gimp.
Me too, I came to the same conclusion. A lot more fun having a character who is a really good crafter, and another that is a really good combat-stud.
Just got Master Tailor two nights ago. I'm now a Master Tailor, Master Dancer, and a Rifleman. I like shooting things from a distance... less chance I'll break a nail, I think.
I attend every single PvP event I'm told of and probably wouldn't even play SWG if Icouldn't be a part of our buggy GCW.
I've started working up to Teras Kasi Master and dabbled a little bit in medic (First Aid 2, Pharmacy 1). That, with some bio-enhanced clothes to increase my Bleed Defence, Melee and Stun Defence, and Medical Healing allows me to hold my own in a fight.
Sometimes I'll leave my Master Tailor tag on while I fight just for added insult, muahahaha ![]()
I wish they allowed 2 characters per account. ![]()
I'm master Pistoleer (currently) and have a certain fondness for it as my 14th mastery. I'll eventually surrender it for other skills, but until then, I take part in the GCW as best I can. When I do, I'm honorable about it, try to have fun and never insult people. I congratulate people when they kill me, or when they use good tactics to take me down. I never get too upset about things, unless I see exploiters or people fighting in bad form. Anyone that insults or is a bad sport about it is someone I don't want to play with.
I especially like it when we get a small group, and look for a little base with imperial players. We'll issue challenge and make some rules about how to go about playing. That way everyone is aware of things, and we can all enjoy ourselves (on both sides.) In cases like this, we don't attack their base turrets, as we are doing it for fun, not grief, not trying to destroy what they earned.
We also go out to take down bases, but that's a different kind of battle. I haven't been involved with one of those yet, and I'm not sure if I would. The testosterone levels are waaaay too high for me. ![]()
Wow a lot of people have alts. ![]()
I am waiting for space expansion professions to come out for that. I am a poor school teacher in real life and can't justify more than 55 dollars a month for this game (factoring in 40 bucks for my cable modem bill)
I am happy with my rifle and my tailor skills. I just wish they would bring city warn back so i could shoot the bad customers in the @$$ as they run for the city border. ![]()
Now that rifleman doesn't suck I see a lot of crafters taking it up as it doesn't require that many skill points and can really hold its own in mass battles with proper buffing beforehand of course.
Heck it also works well with enhanced clothing since rifleman sucks mind too fast to wear any armor. So it is nice to be a tailor with all the enhanced clothes i could ever want.
