Thread: Need help with tailor question
clothing wear seems to be a very partial implementation. The wear happens but seems to have no consequences when it reaches 0. Getting negative numbers on conditionis certainly a bug. Perhaps someone with no tailoring skill using gawd-awful tools tried to repair a badly worn piece of clothing? lol, too funny.
As far as the "to repair, or not to repair" question, I personally still repair. The reason is that I am assuming, that eventually someone will fix the decay thingy such that "0" condition clothing will dissappear or no longer be equippable, and when this happens I'd rather not lose all my clothing. But that's personal choice, and based on that assumption.
I had an ubese jacket that a friend tried to repair, and it went to -1360/1 condition. All the resists it had went to 1% and it was pretty much ruined. So I stuck it on a vendor.
Currently the repair system needs alot of lovin' which may or may not come by publish 7. I'm certainly not holding my breath. Even at these low conditions, the clothing is wearable, and tissues or tapes are usable in them.
