Hmm, well, one of my business partners is a Smuggler and master musician with his own cantina. We dressed him and his Smuggler vendor in matching "Smuggler" type outfits. Very Piratey look.

Trim lined shirt and Lined shorts (match cords at waist and knees to color of shirt)

Tipless gloves, Standard boots, two strap bandolier (works best if you match the gloves and boots to the badolier color, as it's color palette is the most limited.)

And an elegant gemstone necklace. (light copper (tan?)chain, any color gemstone - pirate medallion look)

For the high-tech cantina lounging smuggler look, I recommend a black pilot's jacket with grey trim, black striped slacks with grey stripe, tipless gloves, one of the nicer sets of boots, and a bright trim-lined shirt in color of your choice.

For piratey goodness, try a belted vest or long vestwith trim-lined or leather trim shirt, pantaloons, and standard boots.
