I have an old set of Pre-Cu pocketed shorts with the Intimidate/Warcry Mods, any possible chance that this mod will come back? Or is it hopelessly out of the game.

Unfortunately, this is probaly true. It's a shame they won't convert them like they are doing to entertainer tapes.
