Ok this is a double part question. Actually almost a triple. First off I would like to know if a jacket can be crafted with a BE mod for healing eff. For example maybe a pilots jacket or something similar. I ask because I have never seen one with the mod. Now if that is possiable and I don't know if it is then I ask what is the highest mod that can be crafted. I know with melee/ranged def it seems to be +18. Is a +19 or high possiable? The last part of my question is based on the above being possiable. Assuming I get my jacket with a BE mod whether its +19 or not suppose I stick a +25 KD/+19 healing eff ca into this jacket. What will happen? I know that if the mod on the jacket is not higher then the ca then the cas mod will override, but will it consume a socket? Will it consume a socket anyways? I cant seem to get a knowledgable tailor on my server to answer this for me. Please let me know what you think. I would appreciate it very much.

2) as far as I know, the theoretical max is +20 for most tissues, but unless everything is perfect it won't happen. if you can find some really really uber resources, +19 should be possible.

Hrmm that answered a few of my questions but I cant seem to find anything as to whether a extra socket would be consumed for that +19 healing eff mod overiding the +17-18 BE mod.

take a look again at his second example with the 3 skill tapes. the paragraph right underneath that:
"The first tape will add in 2 of the mods, and increase the Clothing Experimentation to +5 but note: This will take up one socket Therefore, you will have only one more socket left."
